Main roles- Maintaining a high level of customer service.- Money handling and banking.- In-store financial reconciliation. - Visual Merchandising.- Calculating targets and working towards KPI’s.In addition to my main roles I often step in for managers, including attending management meetings on their behalf, motivating the team and dealing with any issues in store.Achievements- Key in promoting at one of our largest campaigns at our flagship Oxford Street counter.- Launching our biggest product of the year at one of our top 5 accounts, alongside our Managing Director and Commercial Director. - Being selected to do the makeup at London Fashion Week 2019 for the Alexa Chung A/W19 show.

Alongside these personal responsibilities, there was a high level of teamwork within the store; prioritising making an enjoyable experience for customers at all times.

Main roles- Updating Social Media platforms (Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest)- Editing and listing products onto websites (eBay, Amazon, Tesco)- PR (contacting magazine editors, bloggers and journalists of the products we sold and if they would like to review them) - Working closely with our main product supplier and stockist (Boots). As well as these key responsibilities, I also gained a strong knowledge of working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
