Responsible for growth and development of company operations and improved service to U-Haul customersResponsible for growth in service to the market area and also in expansion of overall locations. Presented site plans to city council members & zoning departments, organized company events and team building activities. Held monthly meetings and traveled to store locations for regular review of location implementation of policies, programs and procedures. Set goals and reviewed P&L with staff upon visit and worked to motivate personnel. Handled various customer issues and HR issues as needed. Reviewed site for maintenance issues and schedule repairs with Field Maintenance Technicians. Overall revenue in excess of $20 million with continued growth each year within the market.

Develop growth and market penetration in my marketing area. Prospect new locations and maintain existing locations. Train independent business owners to successfully and safely rent U-Haul equipment. Complete a Dealer Service Report to review and motivate the Dealer to improve the level of service to the local customers. Repair and maintain equipment during route travel. Work closely with self storage facilities involving WebSelf Storage operating platform and promote its use by networking within the market area.
