I managed a team of 14 staff members at xtra IT and every day was a pleasure working along side such a competent group of people. we specialized in Oracle, ERP, Sap and Peoplesoft

My role consisted of overseeing and managing a team of 7 other consultants, headhunting new staff for the company, interviewing and generating a bigger and better work force throughout the firm....unfortunately the company dissolved in 2001, however i gained enough knowledge and expertise to go work for a bigger company and eventually form the company i currently run alongside with my partner now.
