I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2013 with a Bachelor's in Public Relations and a focus in Communications. I worked in the retail industry for five years where I held several different positions including Department Supervisor and Area Manager. During my tenure with both Lowe's Companies and Kohl's Corporation, I learned to utilize and grow my communication skills to not only better serve the customer, but my team around me as well.I started with the Brock McVey Company in 2015 in the Management Trainee program. From there I worked my way up through the warehouse, to the counter; then to phone sales, and eventually to my role as a Territory Manager. Selling mostly plumbing and mechanical I managed several jobs including City Center in downtown Lexington.Brock McVey Company was acquired by Ferguson Enterprises in the fall of 2018; this led to my transition into the role of Inside Sales for the HVAC/R Department. Utilizing my previous knowledge of the HVAC industry as well as the plumbing and mechanical side I have managed to grow my knowledge as a whole for the industry. I look forward to growing and performing in my current role as well as seeking to further my career to new paths.
