Lead Software Engineer
CurrentDuties include working as a Lead Product Software Engineer for a Tax Organizer Application for collecting Taxpayer info/documents for CPA firms. Technologies used on this team: Angular, ASP.Net Core 6, C#, Visual Studio 2022, GIT TFS Online/Azure Dev Ops, Azure Cloud technologies. I lead all technical planning, design, and grooming activities for my team of 8, 80% development with remaining time spent deconflicting / troubleshooting / coordinating with US and remote offshore team members whom I work closely with (15+ personnel in Pune, India). Work closely with Product Management to determine requirements, long term planning and execution. My team is a dev-ops team, I manage our branching strategy, build/release pipelines, Azure environments, work closely with our Load Test team to resolve testing performance issues, and oversee our deployments from our test environments through production. Responsible for interviewing/selecting new team members/contractors and all technical aspects of the team.
