Provided post-inspection analysis and reporting for pipeline operator clientele including data integration and information analysis, threat identification, anomaly classification, corrosion growth rate analysis, remaining strength calculations, run comparison analysis, re-assessment interval justification, and preventative and mitigative measure recommendations. Performed detailed analysis with ISltd's Anomaly Data Manager (ADM) software and provided Post Assessment Reports for each individual ILI run.

• The In Water Integrity Management team was responsible for integrity of subsea hardware and pipeline infrastructure in the Gulf of Mexico region, in compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal integrity management systems. Responsibilities as part of the team included managing inspection executions and assessment of pipeline system integrity from pig traps to subsea tie-ins. Extensive involvement in risk assessment processes (HAZOP, HAZID, HITRA, etc.) for individual executions and entire pressure systems. Training was highly promoted and my participation focused on pipelines, integrity management and project management. • Execution/Project: Lead multiple major offshore subsea pigging and ILI campaigns for BP Atlantis, Thunder Horse and Na Kika platforms as the single point of accountability responsible for all preparation including procedure development and vendor engagement, direction of work and personnel offshore and evaluation of results upon completion; lead project team to develop, deliver and execute an in-line isolation solution for a 24” oil-export pipeline SDV replacement; lead multiple onshore test loop trials of new maintenance pig designs for offshore qualification; participated in new ILI tool and maintenance pig design reviews.• Integrity Management: Developed a comprehensive RBI Integrity Management database solution to track all aspects of Gulf of Mexico subsea integrity including IMP development, inspection scopes & tracking, inspection results, engineering assessments, risk and analysis of anomalous features; responsible for scope development, supervision, data analysis and reporting for GVI/CVI, UT, CP and subsea ROV inspection types, analysis and examination of areas of concerns, and integration of conclusions into continuous RBI processes, annual review and development of integrity management plans and system FFS reviews.

• The Pipeline Integrity Department focused on the scheduled inspection and repair of the company’s pipelines. As Project Manager, I was responsible for timely completion of make ready, in-line inspection (ILI), hydrostatic testing, and rehabilitation projects of company pipelines. Make ready projects required procurement, fabrication, testing, installation and inspection of pipe and other components. Rehab excavation activities involved pipeline repair in wetlands/marshes, river and canal banks, and pipeline depth greater than 20 ft. Total number of projects averaged over 30 per year, with a typical annual budget of $3.5 million. All projects completed to meet regulations mandated by the Department of Transportation, Texas Railroad Commission, and Enterprise’s Integrity Management Plan. • Responsible for each project from planning stage through completion including development of scope, identifying resource needs, estimating & tracking schedule and cost, funding and work/permit approval, coordinating contract and vendor resources, communications to stakeholders, review of records, invoice approval, project closure. Direction of up to 25 personnel. • Headed preparation of P/L Integrity project documents and records for several PHMSA Integrated Audits. All pertinent integrity records were collected, organized, and reviewed to ensure compliance. Records for over 200 projects reviewed. • Assisted with the integrity assessment and repair of a 60 mile pipeline which was being re-commissioned after setting idle for over 40 years. Included make ready, ILI and hydrotest assessments and associated rehab. • Project accruals and expense forecasting, review of department and company internal processes and procedures, updates to stakeholders, review of contract/vendor procedures and personnel and equipment qualifications.
