Main contact for over 25 accounts in the swing suite division. As main contact, i maintained constant communication with partners to provide support and feedback where needed. Received monthly reports from partners detailing income from games and F&B. Utilizing those reports, quarterly business meetings were held to communicate with the partner and better understand their initiatives and goals and align accordingly. Weekly meetings internally to align business initiatives across the division and incorporate most critical partner needs into the pipeline. Helped test upcoming games and provide feedback to the QA team from a user perspective.

Help create training material based on feedback from partners/internal departments. Aligned with other departments in weekly meetings to drive focused initiatives. Available around the clock as a go to contact for partners with troubleshooting on their technology.

Fort Worth

Managed over the Training and Golf Service departments. Focused on managing hourly associates, enhancing the overall guest experience, overseeing social and corporate events. Experienced in interviewing for front of house positions, conducting a training program for new associates, developing and overseeing a team of hourly associates. Focused on increasing revenue in my department through sales initiatives within the team and incentive programs for retail sales.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Hand selected to be part of a traveling training team to implement a new system of steps of service for hourly associates, along with new technology software utilized for day to day operations. On the training team, responsibilities were writing training material as well as executing training in a classroom type environment for new and existing positions. Leadership included administrative work, keeping track of the training team's hours, scheduling, and long-term travel planning.

Focused on managing hourly associates in their day to day duties which included overseeing payment drops, table touching guest tables, and writing out sections and positions for the day. Took on the extra responsibilities that included conducting product orders as well as schedule writing. Focus was to enable associates through leadership to provide a positive guest experience in a fun and friendly manner.
