As a member of the board of directors at Redwood financial I vote and plan with the board to keep our fiduciary duty to the organization. I have overseen the acquisition of several housing assets that are used in our educational focus and have been instrumental in organizing our fundraising efforts securing large commitments from several key donors.

As a board member and Director of Communications and Social Media, I am responsible for effectively positioning the online presence of association in the community by posting relevant content and increasing, reach, engagement and followers. This leads to a real world growth of the association. I am also tasked as a fiduciary with the other board members ensuring the responsible operation and growth of the association.I have had the pleasure of seeing a marked increase in membership and social media presence. I was additionally one of the directors in charge of the organization and execution of the Community Alliance Gala, an annual gala that successfully raises a quarter million each year and gives it to numerous charities throughout the year.

During this time I was the only Executive in the region who achieved an accelerator award 3 times in a year in addition to winning the most products sold trophy 3 months running. At Macy's I manage the furniture dept. and assist in customer design of their space with our selectionof quality furniture. A sample of my daily duties include driving sales with the team members in thedepartment, working hand in hand with vendors and our logistical team to ensure timely deliveries and up to date merchandising, driving the creation of credit accounts, promoting the guest to apply add-on services to their purchases, and following up with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the purchase.

I work to provide a great dining experience to customers. Some of my specific duties include: Suggestingbeverages and food to maximize and exceed sales goals, taking drink orders, informing customers onany specials, taking down proper food orders, serving food items, training fellow servers, managingschedules, overseeing the comp percentages of specialty beverages sold that day as to last year, andproperly handling payments at the end of each meal.
