- Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with the Leather Goods department as a whole to discuss department priorities as well as monthly one on one meetings with individual employees to discuss career growth, metrics of productivity and feedback as needed. - Trained 6 employees in all skills and responsibilities expected of a Leather Crafter. - Responsible for administrative duties consisting of confirming payroll, scheduling, recording data for department metrics, and onboarding/training new Leather Crafters. - Maintain utmost professionalism, consistent communication, and highest level of quality in our production.- Currently manage a team of 4 Leather Crafters.

- Trained, mentored, and provided ongoing support for new and existing Dog Trainers. - Managed a team of 5 Dog Trainers by conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and being a credible authority in all aspects of dog training/behavioral modification. - Maintained constant communication with both my team and my clients through means of written instruction and in-person training. - Navigated all areas of dog behavior modification including but not limited to puppy training/basic obedience, severe reactivity/aggression, bite cases, and emotional support/therapy training.
