As the Manager of Policy and Corporate Records I am responsible for facilitating the organization-wide management of the CAP constitution and bylaws, CAP public policies, CAP governance policies, and enterprise records management. I also coordinate the annual elections of CAP Officers and Governors.

As the archivist for the College of American Pathologists (CAP), I am responsible for developing and managing the CAP Archives and administering the CAP records management program.

As part of the Motorola Solutions Archives in the Marketing Department, I worked to communicate, collect and preserve company heritage globally to support the value of Motorola Solutions and promote the Motorola brand. In addition to collecting, arranging, describing and preserving Motorola digital and physical heritage materials, I also: managed digital heritage assets across several digital asset management systems; created heritage content, exhibits and communication leveraged by marketing and sales groups; worked with the social media team to distribute heritage messaging via public-facing social media streams; increased customer engagement through face-to-face heritage demonstrations and tours; supported the legal department; and conducted historical research to support sales opportunities.

Archivist in the Government Records Division specialized in the arrangement and description of Alabama state government records. My largest accomplishment at ADAH was processing the papers of Governors George C. and Lurleen B. Wallace, a collection containing over 1,000 cubic feet of documents, photographs, audiovisual materials and artifacts. In addition, I selected materials from the collection for digitization, helped design a website for the collection and assisted in creating an exhibit about the Wallace family. I was also part of the ADAH contingent of the PeDALS team, a collaborative research project between several states geared towards developing standards and methods to preserve electronic records created by state governments. Other duties at ADAH included reference, collections maintenance and supervising student workers, interns and volunteers in various archival processing projects.
