• St Hilliers Project Management team based in Brisbane Australia tasked with delivering defense funded construction projects throughout eastern Australia. • Supported a diverse project team with the successful delivery of three projects for the Australian Military. • Roles and Responsibilities focused on; o Execution of the project procurement schedule which includes; managing the tender process, negotiate and execute subcontractor contracts, let work as required to ensure successful equipment/material procurement and delivery. o Manage subcontractors; review and approve monthly progress claims, assess variation claims, manage contractual disputes and finalize contracts. o Coordinate weekly onsite subcontractor meetings addressing design change, progress v. schedule, and health and safety. o Developed and updated monthly cost reports aligned to company Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Breakdown structure. o Support the project manager by maintaining and controlling cash flow forecast based on value of work complete. • Summary of the three Defense Projects my team delivered to the Australian Military; o Explosive Ordinance Logistics Reform Program – construction of a new explosive storage facility including civil works, infrastructure hardening and essential services work and upgrades. Site location, active military base; RAAF Amberley (Brisbane) and RAAF Mt Stuart (Townsville). o Explosive Ordnance Pallet Build and Counter Measures Facility – construction of a new aircraft facility capable of receiving, holding, loading or palletize explosive ordnance for aircraft. Site location; RAAF Amberley (Brisbane). o Building Refurbishment Project – refurbishment of critical military building, housing aircraft flight simulators.

• Flint Hills Resources Project Management Team, tasked with managing the complex engineering, construction, startup and turnover phases within the large capital refinery revamp and expansion project. o The projects goal was to increase daily capacity from 200K to +300K B/D, ability to produce 100% US Light Crude supplied by a near by plant and reduce air emissions through the implantation of new technologies. This was accomplished by upgrading existing plant process equipment, building new process units, installation of miles of additional pipelines and increased storage capacity. • Roles and responsibilities focused on; o Facilitated morning meetings to discuss progress, activity tracking, resource requirements, and procurement strategies. o Daily site inspections to measure and quantify, work claimed as complete, based on agreed rules of credit and schedule milestones. o Created and maintained detailed dashboards for weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with upper management. o Monitored and reported on forecast of direct owners cost for entire project program. o Participated in peer review project phase gate review (engineering to construction stage) leading to final construction funding. o Initial development of project spending plan and associated budgets extracted from the phase 3 cost estimate. o Managed the project monthly cost control reports and change management process during the engineering phase. o Worked with project leadership reviewing potential schedule impacts and created viable solutions to resolve delays. o Key member of Change Management team by reviewing proposed changes and verify authenticity of change by site walk and review of drawing changes.
