• As as business development intern, my duties included:
• Execute transfer of 25,000 customer records from Excel to HubSpot and manage contacts daily
• Train executive staff on HubSpot CRM software and create user guides
• Assist in development and distribution of promotional materials for conferences including emails, mailers, and events
• Streamline process for pipeline updates and distribution for board of directors
• Participate as active team member to sell services and gage success of promotions

• As as student finance worker, my duties included:
• Process hundreds of accounting transactions including but not limited to reviewing accounting documents for accuracy, compliancy with policy and procedures, and creating mail merge files to match transactions to.
• Reconcile Petty Cash transactions with Bursar’s log and identify transaction information by filtering large Excel docs
• Analyze UGAFoundation monthly reports to track scholarship distributions to report to the Finance Director
• Utilize Formsite and fillable Adobe Software to create new forms for the UGA OneSource implementation

My job includes identifying student needs and goals. I take this information and create a vision for study abroad opportunities. I determine my successful implementation by achieving maximum program capacity, positive student reviews of the program, and a satisfied program sponsor!
