CurrentAs a co-founder of EAST Capital Partners, I focus on overall strategy and the sourcing of new investment opportunities. Prior to co-founding EAST Capital Partners with David Archibald, I served as the Executive Vice President of Investments at Ivy Realty and oversaw the firm's acquisitions activities. My focus was on sourcing and executing acquisitions on industrial, residential and office assets. Prior to Ivy, I oversaw the Investments Group at Rouse Properties (NYSE: RSE) covering acquisitions, dispositions, and the development of new joint ventures. I began my career at J.P. Morgan Chase, eventually serving as a Vice President of Acquisitions in the firm’s Investment Management Division investing in real estate on behalf of pension funds and other leading institutions. I have a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University. I am a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
