Work with the borrower(s) on mortgage loan applications to gather all necessary documentation needed to get the application cleared and moved to the closing group. This position includes direct borrower (customer) contact as well as communication with multiple outside parties to get the needed documentation.

Assisted the Customer Service Specialist with the processing of mortgage loan applications for my assigned group of loan officers. Required communication with both internal and external parties.

Assist with the overall management of my assigned client's fleet. I am the main point of contact for the client and will be working hand in hand to implement and maintain a cost effective and efficient fleet policy.

My responsibilities include preparation of assigned monthly journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and working assigned partitions within three main clearing accounts with sole responsibility of one of the clearing accounts. I also work other assigned monthly special projects. All of this is done with heavy use of Microsoft Excel including.

Assist in the management of vehicle fleets for my assigned clients, totaling approximately 15000 vehicles. I was one of two main points of contact for each of my clients assisting with any/all of the clients' needs or issues.

As a medical only assistant, my job was to assist with workers compensation claims in which surgery and/or lawyers were not in play. I reviewed the setup of the claims, reviewed and approved bills for payment, and reviewed treatment by doctors to be sure that the injury being treated was related to the work injury.

I worked as a customer service representative opening, closing, and servicing accounts for the bank's customers. I also worked as a backup teller as needed.
