Helped sales team add new product racks and applied re-sets to product displays around the state. Never conducted sales, but worked with the team to follow through after a sale was made. Worked with leaders from other companies to apply new Plan-o-gram to our products in chain store retailers. This internship helped me develop many skills including product placement, communication with customers, great work ethic, time management, and creativity in the workplace.

Greater Detroit Area

Interning at a start-up company gave me many responsibilities and opportunities. I worked on day-to-day tasks with the owner himself. This included anything from setting up our booth to sell at a local farmers market to bringing in another company to help us project our online sales. I was able to create and put in place marketing materials such as posters and flyers. I worked along side the owner to help create the business plan. I was assigned as an account manager to few local accounts within Detroit. No day was the same as the last with this summer internship. I was able to learn valuable information, skills, and tactics while I was involved with this start-up company.

Assembled small to large orders together and worked warehouse stock. Equipment operator permit for fork lift truck. This job provided me with skills such as great work ethic, learning/applying skills at a fast pace, and a good understanding of how a business operates from the warehouse.
