As an Environmental Compliance Monitor Mr. Engstrom provides third party environmental monitoring, inspections, and reporting for the Bureau of Land Management. Mr. Engstrom has prepared professional environmental documents including EMCRP (Environmental Monitoring Compliance and Reporting Program), daily reports on mitigation compliance, and reports regarding habitat restoration and weed management. He is working in the Colorado and Mojave deserts providing environmental compliance oversight for wind turbine and solar panel facility construction, restoration, operation, and maintenance.

As a field biologist Andrew Engstrom provided mitigation and compliance monitoring on large scale linear projects in a broad range of habitats and ecosystems throughout Southern California. As an environmental compliance specialist Andrew Engstrom performed environmental and construction compliance monitoring on Southern California Edison’s Tehachapi Renewable Energy Project, Segments 6 and 11. Mr. Engstrom assisted PAR Electrical Contractor in adhering to all environmental regulations and measures including State and Federal permits (CEQA, NEPA, EIR, 1604, 401 and 406). He worked and strategized with Southern California Edison Biological team and the Angeles National Forest to ensure compliance in federally endangered arroyo toad, California red-legged frog, and California condor habitats. Mr. Engstrom also provided expert writing and documentation for nesting bird buffer reductions, environmental RFI’s, and Environmental Management Plans.
