It all started when our family decided to give two bikes to a family who had theirs stolen. That simple act sparked something big. My dad founded the nonprofit www.ilikegiving.com with this vision: inspire the world to live generously—not just with money, but with our thoughts, words, time, influence, attention, and belongings.We traveled the country for four years, speaking at churches, corporate events, and conferences. During that time, I wrote my first book, Everyday Generosity, when I was just 16. That book opened doors to TEDx talks, podcast interviews, and other speaking opportunities. But when COVID hit, everything changed. All our speaking engagements were canceled, and we had to rethink our approach.That’s when we created Generous Business, Generous Family, and Generous Classroom. We saw that many kids' books today lack values and virtues, or they’re filled with agendas.
