Over two decades in senior leadership roles from Deputy CEO roles, COO of a large primary health care group, State Manager and facility management in aged care. Over my 22 years in leadership I have moved away from compliance driven approaches to move relational, engaged and authentic leadership. if we understand our people and know their story we experience more compassion and empathy. In this space creativity and innovation is born. People build trust and belonging. Stay curious and build a foundation of trust. This style of leadership applies well for change management and transformational culture renovations. I have commenced my own approach to EQ coaching and mentoring, we have great clinicians providing care so we need great leaders to hold the team to deliver the care.
