As a client services rep at LHD Benefit Advisors, I deliver service and support to our clients, mainly in the small market segment. I utilize my relationship building and problem solving skills to work with our clients on a day to day basis. I have been working at LHD for over two years, starting as an intern in 2020, and earning a full-time position in 2023 after graduating from Indiana University Bloomington with a B.A. in Business Management. My education background has helped me develop a strong understanding of the benefits industry, as well as the business needs and goals of our clients. I am passionate about helping our clients achieve optimal outcomes for their employees, while also ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to collaborate with my team and other departments at LHD.
