Brand Strategy-First 60 days- Developed and presented a Key Discovery deck that included SWOT analysis, competitive overview, category trends, market situation analysis, target analysis using secondary category research and primary, qualitative customer research utilizing loyalists and rejecters of the brand.-Implemented, managed and measured a fully integrated communication strategy informed by the Key Discovery deck where paid, shared, earned and owned media worked in concert with promotional sales messaging to deliver specific KPI and ancillary revenue to the airline.CRM/Loyalty-Integral part of a select 4 person team tasked with redefining and reinventing a dated and economically taxing program.-Collaborated with every corporate department to test, vet and gather implications and impact on organization and customer base to ensure a win for all.-Remodeled and developed a fully intergraded, category differentiating loyalty program that brought true value to passenger base and added revenue to the bottom line while changing perception around the program and the airline.-Structured, built and implemented an in house, rewards call center to manage and handle the needs of our most frequent traveling base.Sales-Responsible for growing corporate partners, travel agent relationships and OTA partnerships while expanding vacation offerings.
