As Site Administrator i am key liaison for the shore-based administration team. Responsibilites are to perform all administrative functions aboard the vessel. This includes implemention and facilitation of all shore based systems relating to personnel logistics, HR, payroll/timesheet processing, maintenance of training matrices, daily reporting, POB management, accomodation planning, general admin tasks and telephony.

Radio Operator duties including use of GMDSS communications. All relevant administration relating to crew change and training requirements including management of travel and accommodation.

-Mobilisation of vessel from Batam (Indonesia).-Liaise between offshore crew and management.-Extensive use of Microsoft Office for the purposes of creating timesheets, work rosters, recording of staff details.-Timesheet processing and management.-Establish and implement staff roster.-Identify training gaps and inform management in order that contractual training requirements be met.-Accommodation planning and allocation (260 POB).-POB management and reporting.-Radio Operator standard operating procedures as per GMDSS requirements.-Use of all standard GMDSS equipment, MF/HF DSC Telephony, VHF and Aeronautical VHF, UHF, SAT-C, NAVTEX and AIS.-Live Helicopter Operations as per CASA regulations.-Periodic Maintenance Duties and testing on all GMDSS equipment.-Tele-communication Switchboard management.
