I support clients' hardware and software needs. I have earned administrative privileges in Microsoft O365 global admin, Microsoft Azure and Active Directory, Endpoint, Sharepoint, Onedrive and I use MS Teams daily for my phone call system. I give and receive about 40 calls per day and complete 15-25 tickets per day using the PSA Autotask. The RMM systems I am familiar with include Connectwise Screen Connect, Datto, Anydesk, Teamviewer and N-able. I was hired as a level 1 but I complete Level 1 and Level 2 tickets as the person below me is an Administrative Assistant. I deploy and troubleshoot VPN's as well as deploy and troubleshoot VM's. I setup remote access for remote workers and the VPN's I used are Logmein Hamachi, Sophos, Unifi and Window's VPN. I troubleshoot networks on a basic level and can setup flat networks with AP's for deployment to sites. I train new employees for their new role in IT. I pride myself on strong client relationships.

I assist with intakes of drug addiction and mental health patients via UA and breath alcohol content analyzer. I conduct evasive and non-evasive searches of patients with full thorough searches of property and contraband. I monitor the patients per doctor’s orders for medication observation and location rounds. I drive the company vehicle to doctor’s appointments and earned outings for patients. I utilize incident reports and document any behavior that I observe to be violent or will benefit their treatment. I use redirection methods such as journaling, drawing and using puzzles to keep patients on track to their short term and long term goals.

I assist patients in toileting, feeding, ambulating, bathing, and comfort. I help nurses with admissions, discharges, vital signs, restocking, and float to other floors as needed. My ER Tech skills include: wound care, splinting, burn care, and prepping trays for procedures.

Responsible for safe patient transports to all floors of the Medical center. I assist in transfers, turns and hoyer lifts of the patients under the supervision of the reporting RN's and Charge RN's for the hospital. I clean and maintain beds, gurneys, and wheelchairs to make sure they are all safe for patient use.

Brought in all the carts, emptied and cleaned the trash cans, cleaned the restrooms, helped guests with carry outs of large items, helped guests locate items on the floor. Learned customer service through fast, fun and friendly service.

Greeted guests in the restaurant, served them refreshments, and charged them before they sat down to their table. Quickly recognized by management as a reliable multi-disciplined resource by helping to fill schedule gaps and through expansion of knowledge in work areas to include the Pasta Bar, Bakery Bar, and Dining Room Attendant.
