I manage a team of staff and volunteers providing advice and support in all areas of social welfare law but primarily in Debt and Welfare Benefits matters.I have introduced and ensure that the staff members obtain and maintain performance against internal and external Key Performance Indicators for the benefit of the clients and organisation. I interact and report with other managers within the organisation to the CEO and the Management Committee of Trustees.I further provide training and supervision to all members of the team in all relevant aspects of their work. I provide training to external bodies as and when required in all aspects of social welfare work including financial capability.My aim is to create an atmosphere that balances improved performance and staff welfare.
