Participates, as a member of the executive management team, to develop and implement the Corporate's strategic vision. Oversees the direct and indirect employees of all Payment Services divisions. Interprets and monitors activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine the effectiveness of the Payment Systems Department. Provides oversight for all Payment Services product development, sales, and marketing. Formulates budgets and strategic plans for the department.

Member of the senior management team and responsible for all functions within Deposit Operations (Proof, Check, Adjustments, ACH, Wire, ATM, Checking, Savings, CD/IRA, CIF, Mail Room and Commercial Operations.) Responsibilities include establishing and monitoring budget, policies and procedures, strategic plans and employee development. Active member of Compliance Committee.

Member of the management team responsible for maintaining operational controls in four key regional areas (ATM, Proof, Miscellaneous Services and Courier & Mail Room). Direct a staff of four with indirect responsibility for 49. Administer a $2.5 million annual operating budget. Work cooperatively with department supervisors to ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures. Analyze weak areas and develop strategic plans to increase productivity. Recruit, interview and hire new employees. Provide staff training, guidance and motivation fostering development of their professional qualifications.
