I worked for EB games as the Assistant Manager at the Cedarbrae Mall location, up until the date it was closed. My job entailed keeping up to date on the current and up-and-coming games and technology for the industry. Along with being able to inform both my staff and customers about it. I also had to design work schedules and keep the staff working smoothly along with quelling any disputes or dissatisfaction that may have occurred.

I was the Night and Bar Manager for the summer rush. I had to make sure inventory for the bar was constantly being resupplied and I personally checked it each night and crossed referenced it against what was sold to find any discrepancies. Walk around the dining area and make sure all the patrons are happy and handling any dissatisfaction.

I started at The Source as a Customer Service Representative. While working there I showed that I was a hard worker and good with managing my time and others and was promoted to Assistant Manager. My duties included identifying a customers needs and selling them product or services to fill this need. After becoming AM some of my duties also were, making the weekly time schedule, helping dissatisfied customers, quelling disputes among staff.
