I am a Technical, VPN Enablement professional with expertise in innovative design and implementation of new network solutions that increase efficiency and enhance security. I am adept at training customers and team members, both in person and online. I have served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designing services, documentation and processes for AT&T for over 25years.I provided RAS Enablement & Support for customers using the AGNC Client software. This empowered customers with thousands of employees with the ability to work from home or any other remote location. This sometimes included RADIUS/MFA for secure authentication during the connection process.During my free time, I am an avid SCUBA DIVER, and take yearly trips to the Florida East Coast to enjoy some of the best diving in the country. I also enjoy, fishing, and bicycle riding, and I play racquetball twice a week.
