I have been a professional with sports performance for 11 years. Responsible for the development and implementation of strength programs for professional, Olympic, international, collegiate, and high school programming of various sports. Also I have been the assistant NFL Combine Director and the NFL Combine Performance Nutrition Director since 2014 at Michael Johnson Performance. Collaborated with Nike Research Lab on data collection for various projects contributing to product development. Project lead for the Dallas Stars pre-season and post-season evaluations since 2014. Created analysis reports and training programs for athletes, coaches, medical staff, and international Olympic committees. Intern Coordinator in charge of educating students on training systems and philosophies as well as acquiring new hires. Also served as strength and conditioning coach for The Complete Showcase (TCS) post graduate baseball academy.
