I have recently completed training for 21 CFR Part 117 – Food Modernization and Safety Act (FSMA) and have been certified as PCQI for Human Foods and part 507 PCQI for Animal Foods. Experienced in creating and controlling various aspects of quality systems in compliance to 21 CFR Part 111, 117, 210, 211. and 507. NSF and NASC certified plants.
