In my professional career I have proven myself to be a leader, with a strong work ethic, and an intense drive for excellence. In my current position I have developed procedures for fitting 36"-72" pipe together, from 10ft-80ft creating one pipe as long as 180ft. Training is also an important focus of mine, where I have trained over 15 people on the fitting process, I am also training a group of 8 new hires in all aspects of the daily expectations of the job. I am highly proficient at stick and mig welding, and my motto is to lead by example. I always try to set the bar high as one of the most efficient, fastest, safest, and highest quality producing workers. Outside of my professional career I am an extremely creative and ambitious individual with an undoubted over achieving quality. I am always indulging myself with marketing techniques and business strategies. Emphasizing in incorporating my knowledge, artistic abilities, and creative imaginings in new endeavors. My current venture (Audacious Ground Forces) has been my underground project for over 5 years. My primary goal and personal dream is to develop a brand name through an online high end custom clothing store, involved in sponsoring, and creating events. This dream how ever is at the bottom end of my priority list though due to my involvement in multiple and daily oncoming partnerships. I am always interested in partnering up with other ambitious entrepreneurs. I hope to one day help create and be involved in a team that takes on multiple ventures, utilizing each other's talents and resources, focusing on being a successful and innovative power house.
