The Global Logistics RoundTable is a non-competitive, give-and-take forum in which local Director-level and above executives network and communicate logistics issues, as well as best practices in their supply chains. Coordinate and facilitate monthly meetings in the Atlanta area. Companies involved include: Delta Cargo, Walmart, Shaw Industries, Coca-Cola, UPS, Georgia Ports Authority, The Home Depot, and Ryerson, Inc. among others. I set the dates, secure the venues, select the speakers, and coordinate attendance of members and invited guests. This experience has put me very in touch with many issues and solutions that companies are experiencing in the area of supply chain.

Build course content, as well as maintain the educational website for a special fast-track cohort of Master's of International Business students. Work includes researching topics, collecting data, and compiling academic and periodical reports for course study. Coordinate with professors and students to ensure clear communication regarding course materials and assignments. This position is very beneficial as a supplement for my own education.

Managed day-to-day operations at the Outback Steakhouse in Athens, Georgia. Most recently worked as Kitchen Manager, which entailed managing high cost items; ordering food, beverages, and supplies for the entire restaurant; scheduling; and constantly "coaching and teaching" Outbackers to improve quality and consistency. Prior to Kitchen Manager, worked as Front-of-House Manager. That particular position's responsibilities included ensuring customer satisfaction; scheduling; managing a wide range (50-60) of employees; thoroughly communicating and implementing service standards and product changes; and production and evaluation of profit and loss statements.
