Overseeing the operations of a manufacturing company; specializing in managing of the administrative functions, leading and directing employees, and ensuring the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business. Coordination of the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports. Provide direct management of key managers/supervisors in the business unit. Report to and liaison directly with the President of the company on a frequent and daily basis. Familiarity with all areas and functions of the business operations and coordinate processes and operations across the organization. Proficiency in ERP systems and HRIS, HR diligence and oversight, all Accounting functions (financial reporting, A/P, A/R), daily operational management of sales, purchasing, production, and engineering departments.
