I am an Engineering Physics graduate from Austin Peay. I previously served as a starting pitcher for Austin Peay's baseball team from 2019 to 2022 where I was awarded "Freshman Pitcher of the Year", "First-Team Selection" and "Preseason First-Team Pitcher" for my performance. I interned at ECHO Power Engineering in their mechanical engineering department where we designed HVAC systems for hospitals; my responsibilities included communicating with subcontractors and providing supplementary AutoCAD 2D designs. I am now a mechanical engineer in charge of managing and meeting state regulations on various HVAC and electrical projects. In addition, my projects in school focused on microcontrollers and circuit design. In 2021, I created an embedded system to monitor environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, and time of day when bats entered or exited a bat box. I also operated as a lead research engineer, by providing support and advice across multiple research projects. As well as, creating a self-drawing robot, a self-balancing motorcycle robot, and a rover utilizing MATLAB's Arduino library.
