I joined SIB in 2010 as one of the company’s first cost reduction analysts and played a key role during a rapid growth phase. Since October 2011, my role as VP of Client Success has focused on incoming client relationships and customer service. Prior to joining SIB, I worked in the accounting department of Marriott International, and have also worked for Westin Hotels & Resorts.As Client Setup Manager, I manage a team of associates who gather invoices and other documents from new clients in order to initiate SIB’s audit and review process. Since joining SIB, our team has reviewed spend for over 200,000 locations and facilities throughout the country. Education; B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina and is an Eagle Scout.SIB has been very successful in helping find savings and refunds upwards of 30% on monthly expenses such as Treasury bank and merchant services, waste removal, telecom, cable and satellite TV, Payroll processing, janitorial service, property taxes and insurance.
