· Leadership role in the organization and administration of development operations (DevOps) for complex project delivery, including external vendor deliveries, technical infrastructure management, and workflow optimization· Development of internal and external stakeholder engagement plans, with active stakeholder management in all project phases· Directional leader in backlog management and iteration/sprint planning for several software products, including custom internal ERP software, website content/commerce tools, and a custom race results publishing platform· Managed cross functional team, including external vendors, in the migration of website commerce functionality to Sitecore Commerce allowing for important organizational initiatives such as promotion codes and gift cards to be added as website capabilities· Oversight and maintenance of pivotal Sitecore Commerce integrations, including NYRR’s custom registration and resource planning system, Stripe (payment processor)· Project lead for multiple complex projects, including rebuild, redesign, and mobile optimization of Team for Kids website, as well as development for the marathon mobile app (Webby Award nominee for best use of tracking technology with user base of over 400 thousand)

· Strategic leader managing complex client relationships and mobile/digital project portfolio needs in Pharmaceutical, Technology, Entertainment, Insurance, and Financial industries· Ability to apply complex project methodologies based on client need including Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC· Drives tactics, in alignment with product strategies; ensuring KPIs (key performance indicators), and goals/objectives based on analytics· Specific tactic focus includes enterprise cloud solutions, content management systems, app development, maintenance, training, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing· Manages cross functional teams, vendor and agency partners, ensuring alignment with all project stakeholders, champions, and executive committees· Drives creation of SOW’s, proposals, scope, timelines, functional specifications, budgets, and overall project processes· Consistently manages client expectations, ensures delivery of the highest quality of service, and solicits and acts on client feedback.
