I am interested in internship opportunities where I will provide critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I have 2 summers of engineering internship experience with Touchstone 3D. I had numerous responsibilities including CAD modeling using Fusion 360, 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and resin casting. I collaborated with fellow engineers in the brainstorming, design, and manufacturing process for numerous new projects. I contributed to meetings with the entrepreneurs and provided personal insight into solutions for their product goals.Outside of the classroom, I am a student leader for Summit College. I am passionate about my faith and through this, I can build connections and share my faith with other students on NC State's campus. I lead a group of freshmen in a bible study weekly as well as serve in a mentorship role for them.Last summer, I had the opportunity to work as a camp counselor where I was able to further grow my leadership and problem-solving skills. I was responsible for 12 14-year-old boys that IO was able to mentor and provide advice as many were about to enter high school. I enjoyed being able to pour into the younger generation and see how I grew in maturity and responsibility as I tried to be a positive role model.
