In all my employment opportunities, I have risen to the leadership level from a successful independent business owner in the community to a retail and airline manager in the business market using my leadership skills to elevate those around me to their full potential while exceeding sales metrics. As a certified teacher, Instructional Design and developing learning solutions has been my life for several decades. I have created course development projects that have been recognized by my peers and through the media. I have long recognized the power of technology as an instructional tool. During my time as an applied technology instructor I enhanced my skill set with 40+ graduate level courses in Educational Technology maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Although most of my career has been in education, I have been fortunate enough to have worked in many other industries even after my teaching career began and continues even today. I have an innate curiosity about all things and am a constant student of life and human behavior. Working in many industries especially retail has given me a very broad point of view and understanding of where people come from. I see things others don’t and it has served me well allowing me to get the best out of those I have had the privilege to manage.I am looking for a second career where I can augment my human behavior skills among the many others I have secured with a strong emphasis on leadership, technology and training. Specifically, I am looking for a career where I can use my sales experience, leadership qualities, technology skills, immense educational background and team building abilities to generate optimal operation results and achieve ever-increasing customer satisfaction.
