As Project Methodology Lead for the Montana Election Observation Initiative (MTEOI), I was focused on advancing transparency and trust in Montana's election processes. Contracted through The Carter Center’s Democracy Program, I developed and implemented training materials to equip 120 nonpartisan observers across the state with a thorough understanding of Montana's election laws, observer roles, and reporting procedures. Funded by The Carter Center, MTEOI deployed observers across the state, utilizing a framework adapted from international election observation standards to the U.S. for the first time. My work supported a statewide effort to ensure consistency and impartiality, helping to foster confidence in Montana’s electoral integrity and strengthen the foundations of democratic participation.

As a Director on the Board for the Missoula Curling Club, I am dedicated to our mission of introducing and promoting curling within the community. Our club organizes recreational and competitive leagues, providing opportunities for all skill levels to engage in the sport. By fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment, we aim to enhance community involvement and ignite a passion for curling among participants and fans. Additionally, we are actively pursuing the construction of a dedicated curling facility to expand our programs and strengthen our community connections..
