I am a Senior Solutions Architect with many years of experience working with tech startups in a SaaS environment. I’ve established myself at Outset Medical where I administer and maintain customer security requirements, assist with data integration and network connectivity onboarding throughout the sales engineering process, as well as translate business requirements into technical solutions via testing, QA, research, development and implementation. I am the Product Owner for our EMR Connect digital health platform. Highlights of my time here have included project management of our web portal software release at an organization level, helping develop a new API ecosystem for our partners, driving a new HL7 data format offering in tandem with feedback from clients and developers, helping draft documentation ranging from departmental procedures to security policies, and leading & mentoring team members.I am a member of the Dialysis Interoperability Consortium, a panel consisting of representatives from the dialysis manufacturer market with the goal to standardize data integration with electronic health record platforms.I most recently worked at Updox, a software company focused on healthcare communications, to fulfill a new role onboarding & supporting our Enterprise clients. In this role, I assisted Healthcare Systems with conducting their technical and product configuration with Updox, as well as reviewing success measurements to help ensure a seamless adoption. Highlights included providing exclusive support for new EHR integrations, contributing knowledge for the company's Learning Lab program which develops training documentation, and administering custom support for Enterprise clients.Previous experience includes work at SafeChain as the Technical Support Department Lead and Customer Success Manager. As the Lead, I launched and managed the support department for SafeChain's SafeWire identity & wire verification software. I also oversaw several accounts with our title agency partners, helping to onboard and train users on the software to help ensure long term adoption & success. I also worked with CDK Global’s Managed Data Services; where I integrated campaigns for major clients such as Chrysler’s MOPAR program, BMW Financial Services, and Honda/Acura’s CRM programs, as well as the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities; requesting applicant’s medical records and inputting service coordinator’s reports into the county database.I have a BA from the Ohio State University.
