Managed a skilled production team for the number one brand friendly Youtube channel in the world “Collins Key”. Including Setting creative deadlines, directing talent and crew on set, approving and managing budgets, and schedules. Built and managed documentation and best practices manuals, including a robust training manual to bring new team members up to speed quickly. Implemented a project tracking system to facilitate clear communication and document retrieval between departments, set a new standard for production organization. Acted as liaison between Keyper Company, clients, vendors, and talent. Recruited and hired personnel for multiple departments including, Production, Art, Camera, Grip, Electrics. Managed the build out of two studio spaces. A 50% efficiency gain when setting up and switching studios. Instrumental in an award winning brand integration with Newell/Elmers Glue.

Built the production team for one of the most prolific content studios on Youtube, with weekly shows gaining 100's of millions of views online each month.-Managed a team of 20 staff including, Sr. Producers, Producers, Coordinators, Studio Technicians, production assistants. -Supported content initiatives ranging from international brand partnerships, mixed reality, virtual reality, scripted, non-scripted, animated, television, or live streaming on platforms such as Twitch, Facebook Live.-Opened three new studios, including a multi-cam live streaming studio. -Implemented new studio policy, that drastically minimized studio downtime, and episode continuity-Instrumental in establishing a new look for studio shows network-wide.-Oversaw creation and maintenance of documentation at all levels of production.

Earned the opportunity to build and optimize a post-production workflow while mitigating networking outages during stages of rapid growth.-Oversaw documenting and finalizing procedures, including a complete overhaul of a media management system from production to archive.-Implemented a work order system and project management system. -Delivered upwards of 100 inspirational documentaries for various platforms including VR, live events, and concerts.-Coordinated with production crews from multiple countries around the world building media guides to streamline workflow.-Supported major fundraising efforts, including the annual "So the World May Hear Awards Gala," which was named Top #5 event in the nation. The 2016 event raised $9.5 million.
