• Direct all property management, leasing and accounting operations for the existing portfolio of retail, office, industrial and multifamily assets, including oversight of nine management and leasing companies across multiple states.• Responsible for executing value-add strategies across the portfolio to maximize value and realize investment business plans. Recent examples include management of retail and office property renovations, marketing and lease-up of difficult vacancies and navigating properties through environmental issues, all creating incremental shareholder value.• Lead ARGUS underwriting, due diligence and discovery processes for all transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinances and recapitalizations, successfully directing over 30 projects to completion since 2015. Coordinate with investment sales and capital markets brokers; bank, life company and debt fund officers; and equity partners to close transactions.• Oversee corporate functions including portfolio return/yield calculations, investor relations and reporting, tax return preparation and K-1 distribution, corporate accounting, technology implementation and website maintenance.

• Oversaw U.S. corporate REO portfolio of 2MM SF, consisting of owned and leased retail branch, office, parking and land assets, and directed disposition strategy for nearly 500 transactions.• Created floor-by-floor property degradation model of 10,000+ facilities to illustrate and facilitate appropriate annual capital and expense outlays required to stabilize portfolio degradation and $1B+ deferred maintenance.
