Drew’s role as Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Investment Strategy at Voya Investment Management. He led the development and implementation of the firms ESG Investment Program including; integration of ESG factors across investment strategies (fundamental, quantitative, active, passive), development of new ESG solutions, Investment Stewardship efforts including proxy voting and company engagements and ESG leadership efforts including thought leadership and industry partnerships.
