Responsible for revenue generation and customer experience at the branch as well as partnering with sales teams to be the subject matter expert on sales calls to customers on products and services.Partnered with the account manager for Federal Government in San Diego to implement and promote a new purchasing agreement that, when implemented, more than doubled the previous year’s sales for those Federal Accounts ($2.5 million to just over $5 million).Directed the merchandising team when opening the Camp Pendleton branch, covering all aspects of merchandising including planogram layout design, ordering initial product to fill the display shelves and working with over a dozen vendors to develop merchandising plans for products within the showroom.Championed the Customer Service Evolution at the Chula Vista branch ensuring all team members were trained and knowledgeable on new customer service procedures and understood the value, mentoring team members to improve and maintain high customer experience numbers, and the complete remerchandising of the showroom as well as being a point of contact to other San Diego locations as the merchandising subject matter expert.Achieved 110% sales to goal and met Annual Achievers for Customer Service goal for 2013. Exceeded sales goals 3 consecutive years (2011-2013).Exceeded sales goals of 102% while partnering with sales teams (commercial, TSR,government, manufacturing and healthcare verticals) during market expansion in 2012.Selected for Annual Achievers in 2008, as part of the top 8% of Branch Managers, exceedingall sales and service performance criteria and achieving 108% of sales goal.Achieved sales 107% to goal, first year with the branch.
