His team is currently responsible for providing regulatory intelligence, solutions and services across the bank, globally.Drew is a senior leader, who has repeatedly been selected to deliver complex transformation initiatives, from initial vision and strategic design through to execution. He is skilled at assessing issues and developing solutions which deliver efficiencies and sustainable results. Drew has also been responsible for managing the ongoing operations of these functions while serving as a global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a commodities business and leading a large-scale regulatory services organization.Drew has a broad understanding of cross-functional business operations and service management. He is control-focused, with responsibility for developing and operating innovative compliance solutions and control frameworks.Drew is a subject matter expert in financial regulations related to derivatives, securities, commodities and other financial products, and is experienced in interfacing with regulators around the globe.
