Responsible for providing process, reliability, and troubleshooting support to the field operating teams (FOTs) of MCBU. Primarily supported the Pecos and Fort Stockton FOTs in Reeves County, TX. Primary responsibilities included:• Regular interface with Production Supervisors, Tech Team Lead, and Operators to track bad actors contributing to reliability, production, facility bottleneck issues, or safety issues prevalent in the FOT• Equipment/well performance analysis utilizing Spotfire/PI Vision • Arrived at the best solution to bad actors by utilizing CPDEP process (alternatives generation, cost-benefit analysis, engineering, and execution).• Piloted new design projects to test prior to implementing into future basis of design• Served as MOC owner for ~40 projects• Work alongside Facilities Construction Representatives to verify contractors complete the agreed upon scope of work prior to PSSR• Served as PSSR Team Lead on MOCs implemented in the FOT• Provided FE input on near-misses and root cause analysis studies • Led a Cross-Functional team in a staged return production efforts following a facility fire ensuring work and operations proceeded safely and enabling full production (~15,000 Barrel of Oil Equivalent per day) within a month of the incidentExamples of projects completed:• Autonomous Operations Central Tank Battery Installation Pilot, facility tank/vessel reduction projects, Vapor Recovery Unit installations, H-pump troubleshooting / upgrades, equipment re-use (Free Water Knock Out Relocation), commingling wells into bulk separator, line connections for 3rd party takeaway, facility piping upgrades, amongst others.

I provided engineering support to Chevron's business units while working in Chevron's Energy and Technology company. I prevented a potential production shortfall by evaluating engineering designs and documented results in a technical report for a strategic business unit. I led and facilitated company subject matter experts and operation personnel through engineering design case studies to optimize front end engineering processes. I standardized offshore topsides design and provided tools for future implantation

In my role, I worked with the facility's polyethylene pilot plant assisting on several pilot trials of catalytic performance. In addition, I commissioned new equipment allowing for real time sample analysis in the quality control lab. I regulated process parameters at the Polyethylene Pilot Plant and conducted studies on catalyst performance to improve catalyst stability.

My job responsibilities included helping with day to day operations as well as small optimization and improvement projects. I constructed a single modular batch sheet unifying five separate batch sheets. I optimized a mix tank’s unit operations resulting in a more efficient cleaning process, Lastly, I was always evaluating ways to increase the plant’s safety culture.
