• Manage and configure over 450 Unix Systems that contain a customer base of approximately 1.5 million customers.• Responsible for migrating Adelphia and Comcast Mail, LDAP, and DHCP systems to Time Warner’s infrastructure.• Maintain 25 Cable Modem and CPE UNIX DHCP servers running Cisco Network Registrar.• Responsible for building and managing the entire Sun One Mail platform for California and Hawaii, which includes 3 Mail Transport Agents, 6 Mail Stores, 6 Web mail and 5 Netscape Directory LDAP servers.• Responsible for building and managing 8 LDAP (SunOne, Netscape, and Novell) Directory Servers that contain approximately 1.6 million RoadRunner, AOL, and Earthlink Cable Modem entries.• Assisted with the deployment of VoIP, which has a customer base of approximately 1 million subscribers.• Maintain 10 BIND DNS servers and supervise all DNS updates for 6 Domains.

• Support staff on a Top Secret Government WAN of over 10,000 users.• First-line problem solving on a Los Angeles site that included local sites totaling 1200+ users.• Configuration of Timeplex Multiplexers, CSU/DSUs, Brouters, Cisco Routers and Switches.• Configured and maintained the network using various Routing protocols (i.e. OSPF, RIP, and BGP)• Monitoring of LAN equipment using Cisco View and HP Open View.• Developed Access Lists separating 8 classified networks and the Internet.• Direct support of customer via remote workstation management and direct interface/contact.• Authored a manual on Microsoft Net Meeting application.• Current projects include Voice and Data over IP
