I am a Covid-19 gap year student, and I started my 2020 year working for two companies as an industrial design intern at MAKE Industries and Full Pull. From there I went on to study Industrial Design at Rochester Institute of Technology, but ultimately decided to transfer to University of Cincinnati's DAAP for Spring semester 2022. With MAKE, I am named on a utility patent for functional bag accessory, and I got the incredibly exciting opportunity to work with a company in Chicago creating a line of professional and functional tool bags. With Full Pull, I got to experience many trades from construction to forestry, and work to make 40 acres of land into short term rental cabins in the woods! I learned so much from my year working, and its been so helpful to me for my next internships. I have since worked two semesters at Milwaukee Tool, a semester at Peter Solomon Design, and continued my degree.
