Drew Walker currently serves as the CEO of Parham Doctors' Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Chippenham Hospital, where he oversaw all day-to-day operations for the facility. He served as VP of Operations at Parham Doctors’ Hospital with direct responsibility for emergency services, environmental services, security, nutrition services, radiology/diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation, patient experience, inpatient/outpatient behavioral health services, occupational health services, & incident command. He served as the Chief Staffing Officer for the hospital, directly oversaw all labor & productivity. Drew chaired the Fire and Life Safety Committee and oversaw all Environment of Care initiatives.Before coming to HCA, Drew served as the Bon Secours Richmond Market Administrative Director of Orthopedics, Spine, Neurosurgery & Sports Medicine for the Health System’s five hospitals. In this role, he was directly responsible for the market’s strategic planning, revenue growth, and operations of the health system’s largest service line. Prior to this, he served the surgeons of OrthoVirginia as the practice's Regional Director of Operations & Assistant Administrator. There, he oversaw the operations of practice's real estate, therapy services, bracing services, marketing/advertising, physician/APP recruitment, call center, sports medicine, after hours clinics, and its strategic growth & development priorities including COPN.He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he earned his BS Biology along with a Concentration of Study in Economics. He earned his MHA from Virginia Commonwealth University.Upon the completion of his graduate coursework, Drew joined the administrative team at Bon Secours' St. Francis Medical Center to fulfill his residency requirements. Additionally, he is a fervent supporter of and annually volunteers with Comfort Zone Camp, a children’s bereavement NFP, and has spent time with both VCU Health Pediatric Oncology and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Richmond. He is a native of Richmond, where he is married to his wife Alicia, an experienced nurse practitioner.
