- Fully time served refrigeration and air conditioning engineer, completing apprenticeship and gaining experience with KB Refrigeration to this day. This includes working as part of a team in a standby rota all year round, resulting in weekends and holidays working/away from home, as and when required. - Traveling between multiple sites to attend emergency break downs and carry out PPM's on a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.- Working on large supermarket refrigeration packs (HFC and CO2), fault finding on large electrical panels including multicore signal and control wiring, 3 phase electrics and low voltage electrics. Which includes the reading and understanding of different schematic and wiring diagrams.- Liaison with customers and mangers to ensure the correct procedures and prompt repairs of systems are carried out to a satisfactory standard and to minimise down time.- Working closely with the general public to ensure their safety, customers safety, and colleagues safety is top priority.- Updating company and customers software systems to provide up to date information regarding jobs and parts that may be required.- Being responsible and managing a large van stock for multple clients to ensure a first time fix when possible.- Due to the companys large client base, I have also had vast experience working with multiple control systems and PLCs, including, RDM, Danfoss, CDK, JTL, Carel and Siemens.I have also carried out a number of courses as a result of this too, including - IPAF qualified, CO2 training, Hydrocarbon (CARE) training, SPA petrol forecourt training, Daikin training, Mitsubishi training.- I have all the relevant qualifications and certificates required for within the industry, including =City and Guilds : Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Level 3)F-Gas - 2079- I am always looking to move forward in my career and learn new skills, gain more knowledge and take on different challenges. Wether this be within the refrigeration engineering sector or out with.
