- Assist employees when issues occur in day to day use of software including MSOffice,AutoCAD, Bluebeam, ReVit, Acrobat, MatLab, etc.
- Communicate with domestic and international coworkers to solve widespread issues affectingthousands of employees.
- Manage the rolling out of new software to up to 50,000 computers
