As a founder of PintHub, my many roles and responsibilities included developing marketing partnerships with bars, restaurants, and breweries; selling and overseeing sales team; making marketing decisions, managing SaaS metrics, revenues, burn rate, sales staff, and vendors. I also had some success navigating regulations and creating a relationship Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC).What is PintHub? PintHub connects consumers with local bars, breweries, and restaurants. PintHub members use the PintHub App, paying only a small monthly fee, and have access to one craft beer per day at any of our venue partners. For our venue partners, PintHub serves as an innovative marketing platform to attract new customers. PintHub is accepted at more than 50 bars, breweries, and restaurants in DFW and Austin.

As an associate at Reed & Scardino LLP, I focused my practice on litigating complex patent disputes. I represented clients in a variety of high-tech industries, including the wireless communications and cloud services industries. With my technical background, I worked closely with engineers and experts, developing strategies that meaningfully increased the value of my clients’ intellectual property.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, with a delivery center in Gurgaon, India, 3R-Legal provided onshore and offshore legal process outsourcing and staffing services.

My practice included counseling startup companies in areas of entity formation, licensing, and commercialization. Additionally, I provided litigation support and document review for law firms, including Vinson Elkins, Fulbright Jaworski, and Reeves Brightwell.

At an early-stage SaaS company that provided online contract management solutions, I served as in-house counsel, drafting a variety of commercial agreements, including subscription and service level agreements. I also served in product management, where I was the point of contact for the internal sales, development, and linguistic teams.

I assisted senior counsel on various projects at Texas-based communications company providing bundled high-speed Internet, local and long-distance telephone, and digital cable services to residential consumers and businesses.

I managed corporate-wide local and remote network environments, including the administration of servers, workstations, software platforms, and user accounts, at an Austin-based enterprise software company.
